Referral Fee
We PROMISE to pay you a referral fee equal to the first month’s property management fee!
Non-Compete
We PROMISE to never interfere with your relationship with your client! We will sign a non-compete with you so your clients continue to be your clients! Our intention is to manage their property; we will leave the real estate to you!
Early Notice
We PROMISE to do our best to notify you if we receive any information that your client may be considering a future real estate move! Written into all of our contracts is a clause that allows us to notify a referring agent if a client indicates they may need real estate services during our management contract.
